Yes — we ship anywhere in the continental U.S. via UPS or USPS. Shipping costs are added to your invoice. For high-value orders, we recommend shipping insurance — we can arrange that upon request.

Pricing depends on part volume, material, finish, and quantity. Small prototypes typically run $15–$75. Small-batch production drops per-unit pricing as volume scales. We quote every project individually within one business day — no generic hourly rates or subscription fees.

We typically respond to quote requests within one business day. For complex orders or large batches, it may take up to 48 hours. Submitting complete files and specifications speeds things up significantly.

Standard turnaround is 2–7 business days from quote approval. For local Rochester customers with a tight deadline, we offer rush printing (ASAP on the quote form) with same-day or next-day pickup in Spencerport when schedule and material allow. Rush orders may include a fee of up to 50% of the base price.

We accept STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF, F3D, and IGES formats. STL and STEP are most common. If you have a different format, reach out — we may still be able to work with it.

We offer PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon, TPU (flexible), and Resin (SLA). Our guided quote form helps you pick the right one — or just ask us and we'll recommend the best fit for your project.

Yes. We offer custom CAD modeling and design services. Share a sketch, photo, or description and we'll quote both the design work and the print. We can also repair or optimize files that aren't print-ready.

Yes. For orders of 10+ units, we offer a print sample/approval step before the full run. Review and approve the sample, and we produce the batch at that quality level. Just mention it in your quote request.

We specialize in FDM and SLA/resin printing in PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon, TPU, and SLA resin. We don't currently offer direct metal printing, carbon-fiber composite printing, or parts larger than about 300 mm in any dimension. We also won't produce weapons, counterfeit goods, or anything that infringes on someone else's IP. For jobs outside our scope we'll usually point you to a local specialist who can help.

We're a family-run Rochester business — every project is handled by people who live in your area and stake our name on it. That means a free design-for-manufacturing review on every quote, real human communication, local pickup, and a responsiveness level you don't get from a national bulk-print service. We also specialize in harder jobs like reverse-engineering discontinued parts and producing small batches other shops won't touch.
