Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional on the contact form, optional on the quote form), company name (optional), project or message details, any files you upload, and your SMS consent state (whether or not you checked the SMS consent box). We also collect your IP address for rate-limiting and abuse prevention, and we receive a Cloudflare Turnstile token for spam prevention. We do not collect payment card data through our website — payment is handled separately via secure invoicing through our payment processor.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: respond to your quote request, process and fulfill orders, send order status updates and appointment reminders, communicate with you via email and/or SMS (with your consent), prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. SMS & Email Communications

If you opt in to SMS communications, we will send transactional messages related to your quote or order. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message, or reply HELP for help. For email, you may unsubscribe via the link in any email we send. Opting out does not affect your ability to receive order-critical communications (e.g., invoice delivery). Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or service.

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your phone number, mobile information, or any related opt-in data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are used solely by Roc 3D Printing to communicate with you about your inquiry, quote, or order. Information sharing with subprocessors is limited to what is required to deliver the service you requested (e.g., our SMS delivery provider).

4. Data Storage & Security

Quote submissions are stored in Cloudflare KV (key-value storage) with a 1-year retention period. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, server-side input validation, rate limiting, and CAPTCHA verification. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable precautions.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies and browser storage to operate the site: a session token (for the customer portal, when you sign in), a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge token (transient, for spam prevention on form submissions), and standard Cloudflare security/load-balancing cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, behavioral tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking. We do not sell or share browsing data with advertisers. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; doing so may prevent the customer portal from staying signed in but will not affect your ability to submit a quote or contact form.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Cloudflare (hosting, security, CAPTCHA), MailChannels (transactional email delivery), GoHighLevel (CRM and SMS delivery), and Stripe (payment processing for invoices). Each of these providers has their own privacy practices. We do not share your information with these services beyond what is necessary to operate our business, and none of these subprocessors are authorized to use your phone number, email, or SMS opt-in data for their own marketing.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. You may unsubscribe from email at any time via the link in any email we send, and you may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. Note that deletion requests may prevent us from fulfilling active orders.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately.
